The Criteria

To be judged, the criteria is quite simple:

  1. It must be a chocolate sandwich cookie. This means that the cookie must have two outer chocolate cookies with a white sweet creme center. The shape of the cookie doesn’t matter.
  2. Only the regular versions (two outer chocolate cookies with a white sweet creme center) will be judged. Cookies with double or triple filling, or other flavors will not be included.
  3. The chocolate cookies and their filling will first be judged individually for their smell and if it is appetizing, texture, and taste.
  4. The cookie will then be judged by what it tastes like as a combined package. Does the creme compliment the cookies? Is there a nice balance between the two?
