To be judged, the criteria is quite simple:
- It must be a chocolate sandwich cookie. This means that the cookie must have two outer chocolate cookies with a white sweet creme center. The shape of the cookie doesn’t matter.
- Only the regular versions (two outer chocolate cookies with a white sweet creme center) will be judged. Cookies with double or triple filling, or other flavors will not be included.
- The chocolate cookies and their filling will first be judged individually for their smell and if it is appetizing, texture, and taste.
- The cookie will then be judged by what it tastes like as a combined package. Does the creme compliment the cookies? Is there a nice balance between the two?
